Lily has extensive experience and interest in the field of anxiety and trauma (e.g., PTSD, bullying, relationship abuse, sexual trauma/abuse, childhood abuse, psychopathic abuse, systemic abuse/cults), and in assisting people to navigate relationships with those who have complex or challenging personalities, whether it be in workplaces or personal relationships.
Lily also has a passionate interest in working with adults who identify with being on the Autism and Asperger's spectrum (ASD). Especially those on the ASD spectrum who have also experienced trauma. Lily also works with other presentations such as anxiety (e.g., phobias, OCD, generalised anxiety), depression, addictions, work place stress, new life direction, relationships, self improvement, sex worker issues, divorce and separation, and a range of other general issues.
In working with clients, Lily ensures that therapy is non-judgemental, empathic, safe, geared towards individual needs, and is collaborative.

Lily is also an author. Her first book is about Toxic Groups ("Sleeping for fear of Nightmares; Toxic groups"), be it workplaces, family, social groups or hobby groups. She has also featured in psychology text books relating her professional practice to psychological theory of personality.
